Both users and counselors are encouraged to participate in the discussion forum on the website. Furthermore, users can take advantage of free assessments and access, as well as share information from the SU Counseling Services blog, giving proper credit to SU Counseling Services for the content.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

You have the option to select a counselor directly by contacting them through their mobile number, based on their areas of specialization.

USER – COUNSELLOR INTERACTIONS

• Both the user and counselor are expected to uphold the decorum of a client-counselor relationship and refrain from engaging in any other form of interaction on the platform.

• In the event of inappropriate behavior by either party, SU Counseling Services shall not be held liable in any form. Responsibility for any legal consequences arising from such interactions lies solely with the parties involved and not with SU Counseling Services.

• Both parties have the option to report inappropriate behavior directly by sending an email to sucounsel@gmail.com. If a particular session is reported, SU Counseling Services reserves the right to take action, including the removal of the user, counselor, or both from the platform, without discretion. SU Counseling Services’ decision in this matter will be final.

• It is the counselor’s responsibility, and not that of SU Counseling Services, to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by the user during video sessions. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality agreement by a counselor, the counselor alone, and not SU Counseling Services, will bear the legal or any other consequences.

PAYMENT

We may impose charges for chat, audio, and/or video-based counseling or therapy sessions. Before utilizing any such service, we will inform the user of the relevant charges for that service. Additionally, users are subject to any terms specified for specific services, in addition to these Terms. Users can make payments using any of the following available options: UPI (Google Pay or PhonePe)

The website may include links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). Please be aware that the Linked Sites are beyond the control of the company.
